Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá spokojeností zaměstnanců s motivačním programem ve zvolené společnosti. Teoretická část je zaměřena na obecnou charakteristiku motivace, aplikační pak na zhodnocení stávajícího motivačního systému společnosti a návrhy na jeho zefektivnění.
Abstract:
This thesis addresses employee satisfaction in the area of incentive scheme of the said company. The Part Theory is focused on characteristics of employee/personal motivation, Part Application then focuses on the evaluation of the current set up of company's incentive scheme and efficiency comments.
