Abstract:
Nezbytnou součástí úspěšného řízení podniku je kvalitní systém reportingu. Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na analýzu vybraných reportů v konkrétním podniku. Cílem práce je dokázat, že současný systém reportingu neposkytuje příjemcům dostatečně kvalitní informace, a navržení optimalizace současného stavu. V teoretické části jsou popsány obecné postupy.
