Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá syntézou dvou nových derivátů bambus[6]urilu. První projekt pojednává o syntéze dodekaisopropylbambus[6]urilu, navrženého pro mechanistickou studii. Jeho afinita vůči aniontům byla prozkoumána v methanolu pomocí rozpustnostních měření, NMR titrací a NMR kompetičních experimentů. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis focuses on the synthesis of two new bambus[6]uril derivatives. The first project deals with the synthesis of dodecaisopropyl-bambus[6]uril designed for a mechanistic study. Its anion affinity was investigated in methanol by solubility measurements, NMR titrations and NMR competition experiments.
