Abstract:
Tématem této bakalářské práce je nastínění problematiky mobbingu v organizacích. Teoretická část popisuje tento jev, jeho charakteristiky, jaké jsou příčiny vniku mobbingu a jeho fáze, dále popisuje osobnost mobbera a oběti. Empirická část obsahuje sumarizaci dotazníkového šetření, které mapuje výskyt mobbingu v konkrétní společnosti.
Abstract:
The topic of my bachelor?s thesis is an outline of mobbing in organisations. This phenomenon, and its characterisation, causes of mobbing origins and its stages, is described in the theoretical part. Furthermore, it gives a desription of mobber?s and victim?s characters.
