Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je vytvoření podnikatelského plánu. Zakládaným podnikem je franšízový mobilní prodejce kávy. První část práce shrnuje teoretické poznatky o konceptu franšízy a rozebírá strukturu podnikatelského záměru. V praktické části je pak vytvořen konkrétní podnikatelský plán pro založení a provoz franšízového podniku. Pozornost je věnována zejména strategické analýze podniku a jeho prostředí, marketingovému plánu včetně marketingového mixu a finančnímu plánu s podrobným určením tržeb, nákladů, hospodářského výsledku a toku peněz podniku.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to create a business plan for newly established franchise branch of mobile coffee business. The first part summarizes the theoretical knowledge of the concept of franchising and analyzes the structure of the business plan. In the practical part, there is a specific business plan for the establishment and operation of the franchise business. This part stresses the strategic analysis of the company and its environment, marketing plan, marketing mix including a financial plan, and a detailed determinations of revenues, expenses, costs and cash flow of the company.
