Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou ochrany spotřebitele. V mé práci se zabývám popisem soukromoprávní a veřejnoprávní úpravy tématu ochrana spotřebitele, popisu organizací, které se ochranou spotřebitele zabývají a také popisem několik soudobých kauz týkajících se nekalých obchodních praktik společně s návrhy na zlepšení právní úpravy.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of consumer protection. In my thesis I deal with the description of private and public law regulation of consumer protection, the description of organizations that deal with consumer protection and also the description of several contemporary cases concerning unfair commercial practises tohether with proposals for better regulation.
