Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce pojednává o podnikatelském plánu Mobilní kavárny, v němž jsou definovány jeho náležitosti a cíle, pro které je vypracován, za účelem uskutečnění podnikatelského záměru. Samostatná práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní informace, struktura, obsah a principy sestavení podnikatelského plánu. Dále možnosti jeho financování a uplatnění v praxi. Vzhledem k podstatě nabízeného produktu je část diplomové práce věnována trhu s kávou. Teoretické poznatky a metody jsou dále využity při zpracování konkrétního podnikatelského plánu Mobilní kavárny, který tvoří analytickou část. Díky ní bylo zjištěno, že je tento projekt realizovatelný a životaschopný i v praxi.

Abstract:

This thesis focuses on a Mobile cafe business plan; it defines the necessities and the intention that is prepared for the objectives of the business intention realization. The thesis itself is organised into two sections – theory and practice. The theoretical part covers the basic information, structure, content and principles of drawing up a business plan. It then concentrates on the options of financing and on applying the business plan in practice. Given the nature of the presented product, a part of the thesis is dedicated to the coffee market. Theoretical knowledge and methods are applied at drawing a specific business plan – Mobile cafe, which represents an analytical part of the thesis. Thanks to the analytical part of the thesis it was proven the project is feasible and viable.
