Cílem této bakalářské práce je zjistit úroveň znalostí první pomoci u zaměstnanců i klientů domova důchodců. Teoretická část je nejdříve zaměřena na seniory, domovy seniorů a stárnutí. Druhá část teoretické části se zabývá první pomocí u vybraných onemocnění a úrazů, které se vyskytují ve větší míře u starších lidí. Praktická část byla zpracována pomocí kvantitativního průzkumu. The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to determine the level of knowledge of first aid among employees and clients of a retirement home. The theoretical part first focuses on senior citizens, retirement homes and ageing.
