Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá genderovými stereotypy ve výchově. Cílem této práce je zjistit, jaký mají tyto stereotypy vliv na preference při výběru zaměstnání. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části objasňuji základní pojmosloví a zabývám se procesy, kterými jedinec prochází. The Bachelor thesis discusses gender stereotypes in children raising. The intention is to explore the impact of these stereotypes on preferences for respective decision in choosing occupations. The Thesis is separated into two distinct segments: a theoretical and a practical exploration.
