Diplomová práce se zabývá aplikací behaviorální ekonomie v právním myšlení; nejdříve předkládá východiska racionálního rozhodování a teorii očekávaného užitku, poté seznamuje s behaviorální ekonomií, její prospektovou teorií, souborem vybraných zkreslení, jejichž přítomnost způsobuje odchylky od racionálních předpokladů, a také s nejčastěji tímto přístupem užívanou metodologií. The diploma thesis deals with the application of behavioral economics in legal thinking; first, it presents the basis of rational decision-making and the theory of expected utility, then, it introduces behavioral economics, its prospectus theory, a set of selected biases, whose presence causes devia-tions from rational assumptions, and with the most commonly used methodology.
