Diplomová práce se zabývá prvními zkušenostmi se sacubitril/valsartanem u pacientů s chronickým srdečním selháním. Teoretická část se zabývá problematikou srdečního selhání a komplexní péčí o tyto nemocné. The diploma thesis deals with the first experience with sacubitril/valsartan among the patients with chronic heart failure.
