Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem analýzy výskytu mobbingu na pracovišti. Teoretická část objasňuje pojmy týkající se násilí na pracovišti, vymezuje typicky ohrožené osoby, příčiny, které mohou vést k mobbingu, popisuje fáze a strategie mobbingu. This thesis deals with analysis of the occurrence of bullying in the workplace. The theoretical part explains the concepts related to violence in the workplace, typically identifies persons at risk, causes, which may lead to bullying, describes the phases and strategies of bullying.
