The motivation system, evaluating and renumerating of employees in the specific company
Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na posouzení funkčnosti a účelnosti systému motivace, hodnocení a odměňování v konkrétní společnosti. Pomocí analýzy stávajícího stavu formálního nastavení systému a dotazníkového šetření mezi zaměstnanci jsou vyhodnoceny silné a slabé stránky a příležitosti a hrozby systému. Z nich vyplývají doporučené změny nebo doplnění systému.
Abstract:
Diploma thesis is focused on the functionality and efficiency of motivation, evaluation and remuneration in a particular business company. By analyzing the current state of the system in a formal setting of and questionnaire survey among employees there are evaluated the strengths and weaknesses and opportunities and threats of the system.
