Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá porovnáním diferenciálního rozpočtu leukocytů z hematologického analyzátoru, mikroskopu a skenovací jednotky pro fyziologické a patologické hodnoty. Dále sleduje výhody jednotlivých metodik a souvislosti mezi nimi pro využití v klinických laboratořích.
Abstract:
The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to compare differential leukocyte count obtained by hematology analyzer microscope and scanning unit in physiological and pathological conditions. Advantages of each method and mutual coherence for use in clinical laboratories are evaluated.
