Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je seznámení se s prognózou a prognostickými metodami a ukázat, jak fungují prognostické metody ve vybraném podniku, konkrétně ve firmě SOR s.r.o. Předložená bakalářská práce obsahuje poznatky a zkušenosti, které se opírají o danou problematiku a jsou čerpány z odborné literatury. Práce obsahuje šest na sebe navazujících kapitol. První kapitola nás seznamuje se vznikem, historií a vývojem prognózování a s jeho charakteristikou či jeho významem. Druhá kapitola objasňuje přehled prognostických metod, technik, modelů a postupů. Ve třetí kapitole nalezneme podrobné dělení prognostických metod a vhodností jejich využití. Čtvrtá kapitola začíná představením vybraného podniku a seznámením s jeho základní charakteristikou. Následuje představení produktů společnosti, kde si ukážeme, jaké druhy a typy produktů společnost vyrábí a prodává. V páté kapitole poté následuje analýza podniku, ve které jsou znázorněny strategické cíle podniku společně s plánováním. V šesté kapitole se zaměřuji na prognózování v podniku, jakým způsobem firma sestavuje prognózy a jaké metody prognózování ke svým předpovědím využívá. Poslední kapitola obsahuje shrnutí a osobní doporučení pro společnost SOR.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to get acquainted with the forecast and forecasting methods and to show how the forecasting methods work in the selected company, specifically in the company SOR Ltd. The presented bachelor thesis contains knowledge and experience, which are based on the issue and are drawn from the literature. The work contains six consecutive chapters. The first chapter acquaints us with the origin, history, and development of forecasting and with its characteristics or its significance. The second chapter provides an overview of prognostic methods, techniques, models, and procedures. In the third chapter we will find a detailed division of prognostic methods and the suitability of their use. The fourth chapter begins with an introduction to the selected company and getting acquainted with its basic characteristics followed by an introduction to the company's products, where I will present what kinds and types of products the company manufactures and sells. The fifth chapter brings an analysis of the company, which shows the strategic goals of the company together with planning. In the sixth chapter I focus on forecasting in the company, how the company compiles forecasts and what forecasting methods it uses for its predictions. The last chapter contains a summary and personal recommendations for SOR.
