Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se věnuje rozboru teoretických koncepcí nesporných řízení a jejich praktickému provedení v současném zákonodárství. V práci je též mimo jiné rozebrána problematika nesporných řízení v porovnání s řízením sporným.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of the theoretical concepts of non-contentious actions and their practical implementation in the current legislation. In thesis it is also, inter alia, discussed the issue of non-contentious actions in comparation with the contentious actions.
