Abstract:
Integrázy bakteriofágů jsou enzymy, které zprostředkovávají jednosměrnou místně specifickou rekombinaci mezi dvěma specifickými DNA sekvencemi. Jsou rozděleny do dvou rodin – tyrosinových a serinových rekombináz. Abstract:
Bacteriophage integrases are enzymes, that mediates unidirectional site-specific recombination between two specific DNA sequences. They are grouped in two major families – tyrosine recombinases and serin recombinases. Their ability to integrate the transgene into the host genome with enough site-specificity make them valuable tool for creating transgenic organisms. They could be use in human gene therapy …more
