Bakalářská práce se zabývá metodami vícekriteriálního rozhodování, rozhodovacími procesy a problematikou ITIL, které jsou využívány pro řízení IT služeb. V teoretické části je popsána teorie rozhodovacích procesů, jejich členění, kritéria, ale také techniku a kvalitu rozhodování.
