Abstract:

Diplomová práce zjišťuje celkovou spokojenost zaměstnanců jako nástroj managementu v nemocnici. Zabývám se faktory, které mají vliv na celkovou spokojenost zaměstnanců. Mezi tyto faktory patří mzda, vybavení, spolupráce, bezpečnost práce, seberealizace, vhodnost povolání, psychická a fyzická náročnost. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je zjistit aktuální celkovou spokojenost zaměstnanců v Nemocnici Rudolfa a Stefanie Benešov a vývoj spokojenosti v průběhu let. Teoretická část diplomové práce specifikuje spokojenost, motivaci a management jako proces řízení. V praktické části jsem analyzovala výsledky dotazníkového šetření. Výsledná data jsem zpětně porovnala s předešlými roky. Výsledkem diplomové práce je aktuální zjištění celkové spokojenosti zaměstnanců a vývoj v časové ose. Aktuální celková spokojenost zaměstnanců je na vysoké úrovni a z hlediska vývoje v čase dochází k poklesu a následnému nárůstu aktuální spokojenosti. Sledování spokojenosti zaměstnanců přineslo zajímavá zjištění, která jsou použitelná pro management nemocnice jako zdroj inspirace ke zlepšení.

Abstract:

The thesis investigates the overall satisfaction of employees as a tool of management in the hospital. I deal with factors that affect overall employee satisfaction. These factors include wage, equipment, cooperation, occupational safety, self-fulfillment, occupational fitness, mental and physical demands. The main aim of the thesis is to find out the current overall satisfaction of employees in the Hospital of Rudolf and Stefanie Benešov and the development of satisfaction over the years. The theoretical part of the thesis specifies satisfaction, motivation and management as a management process. In the practical part I analyzed the results of the questionnaire survey. I compared the resulting data back to previous years. The result of the thesis is the current finding of overall employee satisfaction and development in the timeline. The current overall satisfaction of the employees is on a high level and with respect to the development over time there is a decline and a subsequent increase in the current satisfaction. Employee satisfaction monitoring has brought interesting findings that are useful for hospital management as a source of inspiration for improvement.
