Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na management a na základní manažerské dovednosti potřebné pro manažery a jejich efektivní řízení organizací v podmínkách veřejné správy. Jsou porovnány teoretické požadavky na manažery veřejné správy s jejich zkušenostmi. Průzkum byl proveden mezi zaměstnanci a vedoucími zaměstnanci čtyř vybraných obecních a krajských úřadů.
