Bill of Exchange in the Arbitration Proceedings
Abstract:
Tématem diplomové práce je Směnka v rozhodčím řízení. Nejprve je v práci podrobně pojednáno o arbitrabilitě směnečných sporů. Zahrnuta je i novela zákona č. 214/1994 Sb. V další části je rozebrána rozhodčí smlouva a její specifika a celá práce je zakončena komparací rozhodčího řízení s řízením před obecným soudem.
Abstract:
The theme of thesis is the Bill of Exchange in the Arbitration Proceedings. First, the detailed discussion of bills arbitrability disputes. Included is an amendment to Law No. 214/1994 Sb. The next section analyzes the arbitration agreement and its specifications and thesis is finished by comparison the arbitration with proceedings by the general court.
