Create the funds portfolio of qualified investors

Abstract:

Hlavním cílem práce bude sestavení optimálního portfolia aktiv 5 fiktivních firem, které se majitel rozhodne za určitých podmínek prodat. A následné zodpovězení otázky: ,,Za kolik lze zájemci o portfolio firem prodat každou z firem tohoto portfolia?“. V teoretické části budou popsány základní principy kolektivního investování, jeho historie, druhy jednotlivých fondů, jejich výnosnost, výhody a nevýhody. Dále bude v této části práce popsána teorie fuzzy množin jako nástroje pro stanovení ratingu. Praktická část práce bude spočívat v aplikaci teoretických poznatků do praxe. V první fázi zde bude za pomoci fuzzy množin stanoven rating pěti fiktivních firem. V druhé fázi praktické části budou využity výsledky ratingového hodnocení k sestavení optimálního portfolia aktiv firem s využitím korelačních a kovariační matice.

Abstract:

The main task will be to provide an optimal portfolio of assets of 5 fictitious companies that the owner decides to sell, under certain conditions. And followed y answering the question: ,, What would be the price of each company from the portfolio for the potential buyer?,, The theoretical part describes the basic principles of collective investment, its history, types of individual funds, their profitability, advantages and disadvantages. Also, this section describes the fuzzy set theory as a tool for determining the rating. The practical part will consist in the application of the theoretical knowledge into practice.In the first phase a fuzzy set theory will be used to determine rating for five fictitious companies. In the second phase of the practical part the credit rating results will be used to build the optimal portfolio of the companies assets, using correlation and covariance matrix.
