Streamlining of Intern Processes in Economic Department in the Selected Company

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá zefektivněním vnitřních procesů v ekonomickém úseku ve vybrané společnosti. Cílem práce je zefektivnit systém oběhu účetních a daňových dokladů v oblasti schvalovacího procesu faktur přijatých a zanalyzovat zpracování faktur přijatých pomocí QR kódů. Na základě analýzy současného stavu oběhu faktur přijatých byly zjištěny nedostatky právě ve fázi schvalování. V projektové části byl vytvořen systém umožňující efektivní schvalování faktur přijatých. Také byly pro vybranou společnost navrženy další dvě možná řešení dané problematiky pomocí softwarů, které jsou nabízeny na trhu. Dalším cílem je vytvoření vnitropodnikových účetních směrnic, které byly zpracovány v projektové části diplomové práce.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with streamlining of internal processes in the economic department in the selected company. The aim of the thesis is to streamline the system of accounting and tax documents circulation in the approval process of invoices received and to analyze the processing of invoices received using QR codes. Based on the analysis of the current situation of invoices received circulation, in the approval phase the shortcomings were identified. In the project part, the system enabling effective approval of invoices received was created. For the selected company two other possible solutions of the problematics were proposed by using softwares that are offered on the market. Another aim of the thesis is to create internal accounting directives, which were created in the project part of this diploma thesis.
