Abstract:

Cíl: Cílem práce bylo zjistit, nabízené nefarmakologické metody tlumení bolesti v první době porodní. Metodika: Jako metoda sběru dat byly použity nestandardizované dotazníky. Dotazník obsahoval 21 otázek, z toho 16 otázek uzavřených, 3 polouzavřené a 2 otevřené s možností vlastní odpovědi. Bylo rozdáno 120 dotazníků, z nichž 70 se vrátilo správně vyplněných a mohlo být tedy zařazeny do průzkumu. Návratnost byla 71 %. Dotazníkové šetření bylo provedeno ve Vítkovické nemocnici a.s na oddělení šestinedělí v období 11. 1. 2010 ? 28. 2. 2010. Výsledky: Průzkumným šetřením bylo zjištěno, že většina žen má základní povědomí o nefarmakologických metodách tlumení bolesti v první době porodní. Informace o nefarmakologickém tlumení bolesti zjišťují nejčastěji respondentky na internetu, z literatury, z kurzu předporodní přípravy a od známých. Na porodním sále Vítkovické nemocnice, a.s., kde byl průzkum prováděn, jsou nefarmakologické metody tlumení porodních bolestí v první době porodní nabízeny u dvou třetin rodiček. Z průzkumu bylo dále zjištěno, že přibližně dvě třetiny žen využily některou z nefarmakologických metod v průběhu první doby porodní, kdežto jedna třetina nevyužila žádnou. Nejčastěji využívanými metodami jsou sprcha, úlevové polohy, masáže a přítomnost partnera. Závěr: Nefarmakologické metody tlumení bolesti v první době porodní se dostávají stále více do popředí, proto je důležitá edukace porodních asistentek na toto téma. Erudovaný personál je potřebný k předávání informací těhotným a rodícím ženám, k dobré spolupráci s rodičkou, a tím ke zvyšování standardu porodnictví.

Abstract:

Objective: The aim was to find, offered non-pharmacological methods of pain control in the first stage of delivery. Methods: The data collection method used standardized questionnaires. The questionnaire contained 21 questions, of which 16 closed questions, 3 semi-closed and 2 open with their answers. 120 questionnaires were distributed, of which 70 returned correctly completed and could therefore be included in the survey. Response rate was 71%. The survey conducted in Vitkovice hospital and the Department of confinement in the 11th 1st 2010 - 28 2nd 2010th Results: exploratory investigation has found that most women have a basic understanding of non-pharmacological methods of pain relief in the first stage of labor. Information concerning non-pharmacological pain management most respondents find the Internet, from literature, the rate of antenatal preparation and from friends. The delivery ward Vitkovice Hospital, Inc., where he conducted research, pharmacological methods of control are the birth pangs in the first stage of labor offered by two-thirds of mothers. The survey also showed that approximately two thirds of women use any of the non-pharmacological methods during the initial stages, while the third did not use any. Most frequently used methods are the toilet, relieving position, massage, and the presence of a partner. Conclusion: Non-pharmacological methods of pain relief in the first stage of labor are moving increasingly into the foreground, hence the importance of education of midwives on this issue. Knowledgeable staff is required to pass information to pregnant women and fruiting to a good cooperation with the mother, thereby raising the standards of midwifery.
