Anotácia:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na fenomén tzv. Evropských škol (Schola Europaea), jakožto vzdělávacích institucí zřizovaných Evropskou unií, které poskytují vzdělávaní pro děti zaměstnanců evropských institucí, převážně v jejich sídelních městech. Cílem práce je analýza způsobu fungování těchto institucí pokrývající jejich vytváření, vnitřní členění, financování, výběr personálu, podmínky studia, nastavený vzdělávací program. Sekundárním cílem je zpracování případové ministudie zaměřené na fungování českých sekcí Evropských škol. Vedle analýzy je jako další metoda využito také interview.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on the phenomenon of the European Schools (Schola Europaea), as of the educational institutions established by the European Union which are based on providing education to the children of the employees of the EU-institutions, primarily in the cities where the EU-institutions are located. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the way of functioning of these institutions as well as the way of their foundation, their inner division, the funding, the employee selection, the conditions for participating in the study programs and their educational system. The thesis also aims to make a case study which is focused on the functioning of the Czech sections of the European Schools. An interview is also used as one of the research methods.
