Status of president

Abstract:

The aim of my bacalary work is the characteristic connected with interpretation of position of president of Slovak republic and exaluation of this aspect. The work was worked out according to rules and it is divided into five main chapters. The first chapter pays attention to the doctrine of state and law, entity of form of state and forms of government. This chapter also concludes the status of the head of the state. Next chapter defines the head of the state in general, then it defines the president of Slovak republic specifically, its election and position. The third chapter works with the problematic of avaluation of position of the president of Slovak republic and another state organ-government. The fourth chapter deals with amendment of contemporary aspect of position of president of Slovak republic, especially requests on changes in this contemporary aspect. Last chapter includes conclusion and list of spent literature. In total conclusion there is summing up of my bacalary work and requests for praxis.

Abstract:

Cieľom mojej bakalárskej práce je charakteristika spojená s interpretáciou problematiky postavenia prezidenta Slovenskej republiky a zhodnotením stavu tejto oblasti. Prácu som vypracovala podľa pokynov na vypracovanie a rozdelila som ju do piatich hlavných kapitol. Prvá kapitola rozoberá teóriu štátu a práva, podstatu formy štátu a formy vlády. Zároveň sa táto kapitola venuje aj postaveniu hlavy štátu. Nasledujúca kapitola definuje hlavu štátu prezidenta vo všeobecnosti, potom definuje prezidenta Slovenskej republiky, jeho voľbu a postavenie. V tretej kapitole práce je spracovaná problematika zhodnotenia postavenia prezidenta Slovenskej republiky a iného štátneho orgánu – vlády SR. Štvrtá kapitola rozoberá zlepšenie súčasného stavu postavenia prezidenta Slovenskej republiky resp. požiadavky na zmeny súčasného stavu v oblasti postavenia prezidenta Slovenskej republiky. Posledná kapitola obsahuje záver a zoznam použitej literatúry. V celkovom závere sa nachádza zhrnutie bakalárskej práce a požiadavky pre prax.
