The requirements for physical education teachers with regard to the conditions created for them

Abstract:

Aprobované učitelství tělesné výchovy nepoutá tolik pozornosti, jak by si zasloužilo. Specifické nároky této profese by ji měly předurčovat důležité místo mezi předměty vyučovanými ve školách, nicméně je tomu právě naopak i přes současnou potřebu, ba přímo zdravotní nezbytnost obyvatelstva České republiky.Tématem práce se proto staly požadavky na učitele tělesné výchovy, které jsme porovnávali s podmínkami pro jejich práci a analyzovali jsme dopady, které aktuální stav ve společnosti má, zda se vláda snaží s nimi něco dělat a také zda lze udělat něco proto, aby se situace zlepšila tam, kde to bude nejvíce efektivní. K dosažení cílů práce jsme použili metody kvantitativního internetového dotazování, kde se výzkumným souborem stali vystudovaní učitelé tělesné výchovy bez ohledu na to, zda učí nebo nikoli. Z našich výsledků jsme zjistili, že učitelství TV v České republice je ve stavu „přežívání“ ve zcela neaktuálním nastavení, nicméně není zde příliš snaha cokoli měnit. Na tento výsledek navazují konkrétní doporučení, ve kterých vidíme přínos alespoň v tom, že by se nemusela vyhotovovat třeba i několik let trvající analýza pro zlepšení současného stavu.

Abstract:

Certified teaching of physical education doesn`t attract as much atention as it deserves. The specific demands of this proffesion should designate to it an important place among the subjects taught in schools, but it is just the contrary despite the current need and even the health necessity for the population of Czech republic. The topic of the theme therefore became the demands of physical education teachers which we compared with the conditions for their work and we analyzed what impacts are present for the current state of society. The goals of this diploma thesis were find out whether there are existing any negative influences in our system, whether the government is trying to do something with theese influences and if there is something can be done to improve the situation in the most effective way. To achieve the objectives of the thesis we used quantitative internet polling method, where the research group became physical education teachers regardless of whether they were teaching or not. From our results we found that P.E. teaching in the Czech republic is in a state of „survival“ in a completely outdated setting, but there is not much effort to change. This result is followed by particular recommendations in which we see the benefit of at least not producing even the years long lasting analysis to improve the current state of affairs.
