Business plan for setting up the kindergarten

Abstract:

Práce se věnuje posouzení podnikatelského záměru na základě vytvoření podnikatelského plánu. Jedná se o podnikatelský záměr založení mateřské školky a dále záměr vytvoření třídy, kde bude poskytována služba dětské skupiny dle zákona č. 247/2014 Sb. Cílem práce je vytvoření podnikatelského plánu pro MŠ zakládanou v Olomouckém kraji a posoudit, jaká je finanční a administrativní náročnost daného projektu i jaký je jeho celkový potenciál a související výnosnost, včetně posouzení možné konkurenceschopnosti nově vzniklého podnikatelského subjektu v Olomouckém kraji. V textu práce budou nejprve vymezeny základní legislativní podmínky a teoretická východiska pro tvorbu podnikatelského plánu, v navazující praktické části pak bude vytvořen samotný podnikatelský plán.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the assessment of the business idea based on the creation of a business plan. The business plan is created for setting up kindergarten and the intention to establish a class where a child group service will be provided according to Act No. 247/2014 Coll. The aim of the thesis is to create a business plan for the kindergarten founded in the Olomouc Region and to assess the financial and administrative complexity of the project and its overall potential and related returns, including the assessment of the possible competitiveness of the newly established entrepreneurial entity in the Olomouc Region. The text of the thesis will first define the basic legislative conditions and the theoretical starting points for the creation of the business plan, in the following practical part will be created the business plan.
