Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with the topic of adaptation process of non-medical health care workers. Adaptation process in healthcare is still a hot topic. It is a risky period during which many newly recruited workers quit. This thesis attempts to describe and analyze the adaptation process in non-medical health care workers.
