Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce „Factoring” je charakteristika factoringu a dalších jednotlivých forem provozního financování podniku s následnou analýzou jejich využití v praxi. První část práce se zabývá podrobným výkladem pojmů factoringu, factoringové operace a podmínek využití factoringu. Další kapitoly jsou zaměřeny na vymezení přínosu factoringu a analýzu českého a zahraničního factoringového trhu. V aplikační části je v první kapitole charakterizována analyzovaná společnost. Druhá kapitola porovnává nabídky factoringu a kontokorentního úvěru navzájem. V třetí kapitole je uveden výsledek srovnání obou forem provozního financování s důrazem na jejich výhody a nevýhody pro podnik. V závěru jsou zhodnoceny získané poznatky ,které jsou aplikovány v konkrétní firmě s cílem demonstrovat a zhodnotit současné možnosti využití obou forem financování v podnikatelské praxi.

Abstract:

This master’s thesis „Factoring” characterizes factoring and other various forms of working capital financing with following analysis of their use in practice. The first part deals with detailed interpretation of the concepts factoring, factoring operations and conditions of use factoring. Other chapters focuses on definition of factoring’s benefits and analysis of the Czech and international factoring market. In the application section the first chapter characterizes the analyzed company. The second chapter compares offers of factoring and bank overdraft each other. The third chapter provides a comparison of two forms working capital financing with emphasis on their advantages and disadvantages for the company. In conclusion are obtained findings evaluated and applied in a particular company with target to demostrate and evaluate the current possibilities of use both forms of financing in business practice.
