Bakalářská práce se zabývá ekonomickými aspekty nakládání s obecními nemovitostmi. Teoretická část vymezuje obec a její znaky. The bachelor thesis deals with economic aspects of the management of municipal real es-tate. Theoretical part defines the village and its features.
