Education of Patient with Gynecologic Oncology Disease

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na onkogynekologické onemocnění - karcinom čípku děložního, zejména na vytvoření edukačního procesu u pacientky s touto diagnózou. Proces edukace odstupuje z edukačních potřeb stanovených dle ošetřovatelských diagnóz NANDA-international taxonomie II, definice a klasifikace. Součástí bakalářské práce je vypracovaná edukační brožura, kterou lze využít při edukaci pacientek s onkogynekologickým onemocněním i v praxi. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část má dvě hlavní kapitoly. V první kapitole jsou popsány prekancerózní stavy, tedy stavy, které mohou být diagnostikovány před vznikem onkologického onemocnění. Druhá kapitola je orientována na samotný karcinom hrdla děložního, jeho diagnostiku, léčbu a zejména pak na jeho prevenci, která je významně důležitá. V praktické části bakalářské práce je zpracován komplexní edukační proces, směřovaný ke konkrétní pacientce, u které byl diagnostikován karcinom hrdla děložního. Kapitola edukační proces u pacientky s karcinomem hrdla děložního je zaměřena na teoretickou přípravu k edukačnímu procesu. Další kapitola je již konkrétní proces, který jsem s pacientkou uskutečnila.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on oncogynecological disease - cervical cancer, especially on the creation of an educational process in a patient with this diagnosis. The process of education recedes from the educational needs defined by NANDA-international taxonomy II, definition and classification. Part of the bachelor thesis is elaborated educational brochure, which can be used for education of patients with oncogynecological diseases and in practice. The bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part has two main chapters. In the first chapter are described the precancerous conditions, i.e. conditions that can be diagnosed before the oncological disease emergence. The second chapter directed on the cervical cancer itself, its diagnosis, treatment and especially its prevention, which is very important. In the practical part of the thesis is elaborated a complex educational process, directed to a specific patient, who was diagnosed with cervical cancer. The chapter on the educational process in the patient with cervical cancer focuses on the theoretical preparation toward the educational process. The next chapter is already the concrete process that I have carried out with the patient.
