Slow Food through the eyes of reporter(TV Documentary Reportage)

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce „Slow Food očima reportéra“ je složená ze dvou částí – odborné teoretické a praktického audiovizuálního díla. Praktická část odpovídá televizní publicistické reportáži a pojednává o brněnské větvi mezinárodní neziskové organizace Slow Food. Snaží se popsat a vysvětlit, co to znamená Slow Food, do jakých oblastí může zasahovat a jaký vztah zaujímá k fast foodu. Teoretická část práce uvádí historii Slow Foodu, rozšiřuje fakta uvedená v reportáži, vymezuje žánr televizní publicistické reportáže, popisuje realizaci reportáže a objasňuje použitý postup a je uvedena autorská sebereflexe předloženého audiovizuálního díla.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis „Slow Food through the eyes of reporter consists of two parts – the theoretical writing and the practical audiovisual work. Practical part corresponds to the journalistic reportage and deals with Brno branch of international non-profit organization Slow Food. The reportage describes what Slow Food is and in which fields Slow Food is concerned. Relationship of Slow Food and fast food is also mentioned. Theoretical writing contains history of Slow Food, the facts in reportage are developed and define the genre of television journalism. The used approach is clarified and the author´s reflection of the audiovisual work is presented.
