Předložená bakalářská práce se zabývá cytotoxicitou nasycené mastné kyseliny - kyseliny palmitové na buňky člověka a jejími exogenními a endogenními zdroji. This thesis addresses cytotoxicity of saturated fatty acid - palmitic acid on a person's cells and it's exogenous and endogenous resources. The thesis describes a mechanism of cytotoxic effect on specific cell organelles and on metabolites of biochemical pathways.
