Zemědělské dotační tituly z pohledu malé rodinné farmy

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na dotace v zemědělství v malé rodinné farmě a jejich vliv na hospodaření společnosti. V první - teoretické části se práce zabývá zemědělstvím a jeho specifických odlišnosti v porovnání s průmyslem. Analyzuje, jak tyto zvláštnosti ovlivňují hospodaření farem i celé společnosti. Práce charakterizuje zemědělskou intervenční politiku v jejím vývoji od počátků státních zásahů až po jednotnou agrární politiku Evropské unie. Dále práce uvádí možné dotační tituly, vhodné pro malé farmy jak ze zdrojů z národního státního rozpočtu i dotací z rozpočtu Evropské unie. V druhé - aplikační části charakterizuje malou rodinnou farmu se zaměřením na chov krav bez tržní produkce mléka a její hospodaření. Práce analyzuje přijaté dotace ve vývoji farmy a jejich jednotlivé druhy vhledem k poznatkům z teoretické části. Jedním z dílčích závěrů je posouzení závislosti farmy na přijatých dotacích. V diskusi posuzuje vhodnost, nutnost a oprávněnost dotací jak z pohledu farmy, tak i celé společnosti.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on subsidies in agriculture in a small family farm and their influence of company economy. The first – theoretical part deals with agriculture and its specific differences in comparison with industry. It analyses how these specifics influence economy of farms and of the whole society. The thesis characterizes agricultural intervention policy and its development from the first subsidies in agriculture to the Common Agricultural Policy. It also presents possible subsidy titles suitable for small farms both from the state budget as well as from the European Union budget. The second – application part characterizes a small family farm aimed at cattle breading without market production of milk and its economy. The thesis analyses received subsidies in the farm development and their individual types in relation to the conclusions of the theoretical part. Assessment of farm dependence on received subsidies is one of the partial conclusions. Suitability, necessity and justifiability from the viewpoint of the farm as well as of the whole society is assessed in the discussion.
