Bakalářská práce se zabývá vyhodnocením podnikatelského prostředí v oboru vinařství a pivovarnictví v Jihomoravském kraji. V první části jsou představeny základní pojmy z oblasti podnikatelského prostředí a analýzy podnikatelského prostředí na trhu s vinařstvím a pivovarnictvím. The bachelor thesis discusses the evaluation business enviroment in the field of viniculture and breweryculture in the South Moravian Region.
