Předmětem této diplomové práce je hloubková finanční analýza podniku Pramet Tools, s.r.o. a její zaměření na tvorbu zisku a řízení cash flow. Teoretická část shrnuje veškeré teoretické aspekty týkající se finanční analýzy podniku, analýzy podnikových výkazů, poměrové analýzy s prvky cash analýzy a analýzy zisku.
