Tato bakalářská práce představuje primární úpis akcií z pohledu české společnosti a financování jejich potřeb. Práce analyzuje pozitiva a negative primárního úpisu ve vztahu k běžným způsobům financování.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis presents initial public offering from the perspective of Czech company and financing of its needs. The thesis analyzes positives and negatives of initial public offering in respect to ordinary types of financing.
