Care for a Woman at Home after an Outpatient Birth

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá péčí o ženu po ambulantním porodu v domácím prostředí. Hlavním cílem bylo zjistit spokojenost žen s péčí porodních asistentek v domácím prostředí a rozsah služeb, které porodní asistentky poskytují. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část je zaměřena na ambulantní porod jako celek, ambulantní porod z hlediska práva a také na jeho průběh. Dominantou teoretické části je kapitola věnována poporodní péči v domácím prostředí první dny po porodu, kterou zajišťují soukromé porodní asistentky. Praktická část byla uskutečněna pomocí kvalitativního výzkumu formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s pěti respondentkami.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the care about a woman after outpatient birth at home. The main goal was to find out the satisfaction of women with the care and the range of services provided to them by midwives at home. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is focused on the outpatient birth and on its course. It also focuses on the outpatient birth from the point of view of the law. The dominant feature of the theoretical part is the chapter devoted to postpartum care in the first days after birth at home, which is provided by a private midwife. The practical part was carried out by a qualitative research in the form of semistructured interviews with five respondents.
