Estimation of macromolecule volume from atomic force microscopy images
Abstract:
The work deals with the examination of the various methods to estimate macromolecule volume from atomic force microscopy images, analyzing the results and creating a plugin for ImageJ, which can be used for volume analysis in routine practice.
Abstract:
Práca sa zaoberá preskúmaním rôznych metód pre odhad objemu makromolekúl z obrazov získaných mikroskopom atomárnych sil (AFM), analýzou výsledkov a vytvorením pluginu pre ImageJ, ktorý bude možné používat pre analýzu objemu v rutinnej praxi.
