Predmetom diplomovej práce "Využitie metód projektového manažmentu pri riadení podniku" je analýza metodiky riadenia projektov v spoločnosti Bosch Rexroth. Na základe popisu smerníc projektového riadenia a jeho porovnania s vybranými svetovými štandardmi je vykonaná analýza projektu, ktorý sa uskutočnil v minulosti.
