Předložená práce pojednává o problematice použití entropie k měření složitosti dodavatelsko-odběratelských vztahů. V práci je provedena analýza operační složitosti dodavatelsko-odběratelských vztahů,byly sebrány údaje o dodávkách vybraných produktů dvou dodavatelů firmy G+B a následně zpracovány časové a množstevní odchylky v těchto dodávkách. The thesis is focused on using the entropy for measurement of supplier-customer system. The analysis of operational complexity of supplier-customer system was accomplished in the thesis, all data of supplies from two different suppliers were collected and subsequently the time and quantity deviations of chosen products were compiled in those supplies.
