Diplomová práce se věnuje tématu arbitrability sporů z duševního vlastnictví. Zkoumána je zejména arbitrabilita sporů z platnosti zápisu některých práv z duševního vlastnictví a vztah mezi arbitrabilitou takových sporů a veřejným pořádkem, popř. veřejným zájmem. This thesis addresses the topic of arbitrability of disputes related to intellectual property rights. It especially deals with the arbitrability of disputes regarding the validity of selected intellectual property rights and the relation between the arbitrability of such disputes and public policy, eventually public interest.
