Bakalářská práce se zabývá právním opatřením užívání ručnic v českých zemích od středověku do novověku. Úvodní část práce pojednává všeobecně o vývoji střelných zbraní. Další část práce je zaměřena na interpretaci právních předpisů a norem vážících se k užívání ručnic z 16. a počátku 17. století. This thesis deals with legal measures concerning usage of rifles in the Czech lands from Medieval to Modern times. The introduction presents the general development of firearms. The next part focuses on interpretation of legislative acts concerning usage of rifles in the 16th and the beginning of the 17th century.
