This thesis deals with the current problems of economic crime, from the point of view of the police authority, i.e. the definition of the term „economic crime“, the typology of the offenders of economic crime, criminal liability of legal person, the relationship between criminal proceedings and other proceedings and confiscation of property in criminal proceedings.
