Organization of the Police of the Czech republic with a focus on South-Moravian region

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá organizační strukturou Policie České republiky, zvláště se zaměřuje na její organizaci v Jihomoravském kraji. Práce obsahuje popis bezpečnostního systému České republiky a zařazuje do něj Policii České republiky a je zde popsána reforma policie. Dále blíže specifikuje celorepublikovou organizační strukturu policie, kde jsou také popsány útvary s celostátní působností policie a krajská ředitelství policie. Následně je informativně zmíněna charakteristika Jihomoravského kraje a popsána organizace policie v Jihomoravském kraji. Praktická část práce realizuje dotazníkové šetření, pomocí kterého je zjištěno, jak jsou policisté v Jihomoravském kraji spokojeni s organizační strukturou policie. Závěr práce zhodnocuje získaná data a odpovídá na dílčí cíl práce.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the organizational structure of the Police of the Czech Republic, and in particular focuses on its organization in the South Moravian Region. The thesis contains a description of the security system of the Czech Republic and includes the Police of the Czech Republic in it and describes the police reform. It further specifies the national organisational structure of the police, where the departments with national competence of the police and the regional police directorates are also described. Subsequently, the characteristics of the South Moravian Region are briefly mentioned and the organisation of the police in the South Moravian Region is described. The practical part of the thesis implements a questionnaire survey to find out how satisfied police officers in the South Moravian Region are with the organisational structure of the police. The conclusion of the thesis evaluates the obtained data and answers the sub-objective of the thesis.
