Tato diplomová práce se věnuje problematice specifik řízení podle zákona o soudnictví ve věcech mládeže. Cílem této práce je provést rozbor procesněprávní úpravy dle tohoto zákona, především poukázat na jednotlivá specifika ve vztahu k dalším předpisům či judikatuře, a v případě speciální úpravy tu komparovat s úpravou obecnou. This dissertation deals with issues regarding Juvenile Justice Act and its specifications about proceeding. The objective of this work is the analysis of the Juvenile Justice Act‘s procedural legislation, also pointing out each specifications of this act in relation to the other acts and judicial decisions.
