Cieľom diplomovej práce je overenie hypotéz týkajúcich sa vzťahu servant leadershipu a vybraných premenných. Overovaný je korelačný aj kauzálny vzťah servant leadershipu so zamestnaneckou spokojnosťou, s pracovným výkonom a so záväzkom voči organizácií.
