Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o bankovních úvěrech pro firmy. Cílem práce je zhodnotit nabídku tří bank na pořízení stroje. Prostřednictvím diskontních výdajů, zjistím nejvýhodnější úvěrovou nabídku. Dále posoudím, zda je pro firmu výhodnější financovat majetek vlastním nebo cizím kapitálem. This project discusses about the bank loans for companies. The goal of the project is the analysis of the offer of three banks for the purchase of machine. Through the discount costs, find the best credit offer.Below I explore, if the financing of assets is better from the own kapital or from the foreign capital and if the loan doesn´t affect the financing health of the company.
