Abstract:
Myeloproliferativní onemocnění jsou klonální hematologická onemocnění spojená s nadbytkem zralých buněk jedné nebo více myeloidních řad v cirkulaci. Byly popsány somatické patogenní varianty ve třech genech (JAK2, CALR, MPL) zodpovědných za rozvoj těchto onemocnění. Abstract:
Myeloproliferative disorders are clonal hematological diseases associated with an excess of mature cells of one or more myeloid lineages in the circulation. Somatic pathogenic variants in three genes (JAK2, CALR, MPL) responsible for development of these diseases have been described.
